Shalo Tek delivers precision 3- and 5-axis milling, turning, and wire EDM for complex geometries, prototypes, short runs, and production volumes. We support a wide range of materials critical for military and aerospace applications with an emphasis on tight tolerances, superior surface finishes, and repeatable quality.
Our turning department houses 2 Tsugami Swiss Lathes, including a BW329Z model, for high-precision small-diameter parts. Both are equipped with bar feeders and 38mm capacity. One is also equipped with live tooling, 6-inch swing capacity, Y-axis, and sub spindle.
To fulfill our wide range of vertical and 5-axis milling requirements, we utilize a robust lineup of machines for precision, speed, and scalability. Our main workhorses include Matsuura MAM72-35Vs and MX-330 P10s, along with various Fanuc Robodrill models (D21LiB5), all equipped with automated pallet changers and some with robotic arms. Additional machines include Haas models (VF-1 and DT-1), the YCM NFX380A, and a Makino V33-5XB.
Our Wire EDM capability is led by the Fanuc Robocut C600iC, which provides precision wire cutting for intricate shapes, tight tolerances, and difficult materials.
