ShaloTek provides OEM manufacturing support through precision 3- and 5-axis milling, turning, and wire EDM. We help customers source simple and complex components for prototype, low-volume, and repeat production programs with a focus on quality, consistency, and dependable turnaround.
Our turning department houses 2 Tsugami Swiss Lathes, including a BW329Z model, for high-precision small-diameter parts. Both are equipped with bar feeders and 38mm capacity. All equipped with live tooling, 6-inch swing capacity, Y-axis, and sub spindles for more complex parts.
Our milling department supports complex OEM components requiring precision, repeatability, and scalable production capacity. With a mix of 3-axis and 5-axis equipment, automated pallet changers, and robotic support, we are equipped to handle prototype development, short-run work, and recurring production requirements.
Our platform includes Matsuura(Mam 72-35V, MX-330 P10s), Fanuc Robodrills(D21Lib5), VF-1, DT-1, YCM NFX380A, and Makino V33-5XB machines selected for speed, flexibility, and reliable output across a wide range of part geometries and materials.
Our Wire EDM capability is led by the Fanuc Robocut C600iC, which provides precision wire cutting for intricate shapes, tight tolerances, and difficult materials.
